Please carefully review and understand all of our policies and procedures. These are in place to not only streamline the printing process, but to ensure the highest possible quality and fastest print times for all of our customers. Thank you for your attention!
AVERAGE PRODUCTION TIME - Average production time for most orders is 5-7 business days. This time starts the day we receive both your finished artwork, as well as your 50% deposit to start the order. Oftentimes, orders will be finished in 5 days, but this should not be expected. If you need an order guaranteed shipped within 3 business days, there will be a 15% rush fee added to your order (minimum $35).
SETUP FEES- Artwork Setup- Under 24 pieces $15.00 charge per design.
PMS COLOR MATCHING - Due to the nature of this technology, we are unable to guarantee any sort of color matching. The printing process being utilized is CMYK, and is limited to the same restrictions as traditional CMYK screen printing - these include limited color gamut (although it is mainly limited only in the brightest color values).
PAYMENT TERMS - We require a 50% deposit before any orders can be started. Also, no orders will be shipped or picked up without payment in full - no exceptions. We thank you for your understanding.
MISPRINT POLICY - For client supplied garment printing, we are allowed a 6% misprint tolerance on all orders. Please understand, that some garment types will have a higher misprint ratio than others! In our experience, these include both the District Threads pigment dyed Tees, as well as the Fruit of the Loom brand Tees. It also includes anything that is not 100% cotton, and anything that is not a standard T-Shirt (ie Sweatshirts, polos, etc).
PROVIDED GARMENTS - Please see the misprint tolerance policy above. Also, be aware that any garments that are not on our approved list must be sampled and approved beforehand.
